双液速凝注浆材料在破碎围岩加固中的应用

    Application of Double Liquid Quick Setting Grouting Material in Strengthening of Broken Surrounding Rock

    • 摘要: 基于晋煤集团破碎围岩注浆施工现状,通过对现有的注浆材料分析研究,研制出1种加固破碎围岩的新型双液速凝注浆材料。并根据对破碎围岩分区特性和现阶段注浆工艺及参数研究,提出采用层次注浆法解决无机注浆材料跑浆、漏浆的难题,同时进行现场工业试验并与普通注浆材料注浆效果进行对比。结果表明:完全渗流区、定向渗流区为破碎围岩注浆的重点区域,渗流屏蔽区、原岩渗流区以浆液渗流为主;该注浆材料初凝时间为3~5 min,终凝时间为8~10 min,2 h单轴抗压强度可达到16 MPa。现场试验发现,该材料能够有效的解决了破碎围岩加固问题,注浆效果优于普通注浆材料。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, based on the present situation of broken surrounding rock grouting construction in Jinmei Group, and through analyzing and researching the existing grouting materials, a new type of using double fluid rapid hardening material to reinforce crushed surrounding rock is developed. And according to the study of partition of broken surrounding rock features and the present stage grouting process and parameters, and the method of using forward level grouting to solve the problem of running slurry, slurry leakage of inorganic grouting material is proposed, meanwhile, the grouting effect of ordinary grouting materials in industrial test is compared. Results show that the seepage area and directional seepage area are the key areas of broken surrounding rock grouting, and the seepage blocking area and the original rock seepage area are given priority to slurry seepage; this grouting material initial setting time is 3 to 5 min, final setting time is 8 to 10 min, and uniaxial compressive strength of 2 hours can reach 16 MPa. The field test found that this material can effectively solve the problem of broken surrounding rock, and the grouting effect is better than common grouting material.
