易自燃煤层高瓦斯工作面火区治理实践

    Fire Area Governance Practice for Combustible Coal Seam and High Gas Fully Mechanized Caving Face

    • 摘要: 针对塔西河煤矿二采区B9综放工作面历史上多次封闭、采空区易自燃、瓦斯高煤层厚的特点,运用一般防灭火手段治理火区效果不明显。采用火区封闭和抽放管路管理相配合、注氮和钻孔注浆、测温相结合的立体防灭火措施,能快速有效地惰化、窒息火区,为工作面安全启封创造了条件。

       

      Abstract: For the features of many times of sealing in the history, easy to spontaneous combustion of gob, high gas and super thick coal seam in Taxihe Mine No. 2 Mining Area B9 full-mechanized caving mining face, the effect of using general fire prevention and extinguishing means to control fire area is not obvious. The three-dimensional fire prevention measures of fire area sealing and drainage pipeline management matching, nitrogen injection and borehole grouting, temperature measurement can quickly and effectively inert, suffocate fire area to create conditions for safety unsealing of working face.
