Abstract:
For the problem of anchoring failure and caving led by the instability of the cable tray in coal mine roadway anchor cable supporting, taking flat pallet, special dish tray, combined trench pallet, eccentric tray as research object which commonly used in coal mine roadway anchor cable supporting, the model of the tray was built, and numerical simulation software was used to simulate the stress and displacement curve of the tray under different load. According to the results, the stress distribution and displacement variation characteristics of 4 types of anchor cable trays were analyzed, and the relative weak parts in the structure of the various types of trays were determined. The improvement corresponding strategy was proposed, and its application conditions are discussed.
