煤矿斜井跑车防护装置监控系统

    Monitoring System for Protective Device of Inclined Shaft Runaway Car in Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 基于矿下斜井运输中跑车事故具有突发性、严重性等特点,提出了一种基于N:N网络和MCGS组态软件的3档跑车防护装置监控系统,采用三菱FX系列PLC组建N:N网络实现对输入信号的处理和控制信号的输出,上位机通过MCGS组态软件搭建监视系统,实现对整个运输系统的动态监控。结果表明:运行安全可靠,自动化程度较高,在一定程度上预防了斜井跑车事故。

       

      Abstract: For the characteristics of burstiness and severity of car accidents in underground inclined shaft transportation, a kind of protective equipment monitoring and control system for runaway car with three grades is designed based on N: N network and MCGS configuration software in this paper. This system uses Mitsubishi FX series PLC to form N: N network for achieving the input signal processing and controlling signal output. Dynamic monitoring of the entire transport system can be achieved through the MCGS configuration software to build monitoring system. This system can prevent the tramcar accidents in a certain extent and has the advantages of safe and reliable operation and high degree of automation.
