Abstract:
For the characteristics of burstiness and severity of car accidents in underground inclined shaft transportation, a kind of protective equipment monitoring and control system for runaway car with three grades is designed based on N: N network and MCGS configuration software in this paper. This system uses Mitsubishi FX series PLC to form N: N network for achieving the input signal processing and controlling signal output. Dynamic monitoring of the entire transport system can be achieved through the MCGS configuration software to build monitoring system. This system can prevent the tramcar accidents in a certain extent and has the advantages of safe and reliable operation and high degree of automation.
