深部回采巷道围岩破坏机制及控制技术

    Surrounding Rock Failure Mechanism and Control Technology in Deep Mining Roadways

    • 摘要: 针对深部高应力回采巷道在开挖支护后围岩所表现的变形量大、收敛速率快、持续变形时间长的特点,以某矿3309工作面煤巷为研究背景,详细分析了该巷道破坏特征及破坏机制,并针对此类巷道提出了“改善围岩力学性质”及“提高支护结构耦合性”的控制对策。结果表明,采用新支护技术方案对比原支护能有效抑制围岩塑性区的发展,降低围岩变形量。

       

      Abstract: According to the characteristics of large surrounding rock deformation, fast convergence rate and long-term continuous deformation in the deep high stress mining roadway after the excavation support, the failure characteristics and mechanism of roadway were analyzed by taking 3309 working face in a coal mine as the research background. Based on the above research results, control countermeasures of "improving mechanical properties of surrounding rock" and "increasing supporting structure coupling" were proposed. The results of numerical calculation show that the proposed approach can effectively control the development of elastic areas and reduce surrounding rock deformation.
