胶体防灭火技术在深井综放工作面的应用

    Applicaion of Polymer Colloid Fire Prevention Technology in Deep Fully Mechanized Caving Face

    • 摘要: 星村煤矿3302综放工作面采深-1 196~-1 135 m之间,地压大,有冲击地压危险,巷道压力大,煤体破碎。为保证安全回采,通过分析采空区自燃特点,制订了以“降温控氧”为主导思想、以“架间打钻和两端头封堵”为主要措施的胶体防灭火技术方案,解决了工作面自燃隐患。

       

      Abstract: The depth of 3302 fully-mechanized caving face is from -1 196 m to -1 135 m in Xingcun Coal Mine, where the earth pressure is large with the risk of rock burst. The earth pressure is big enough to make coal body broken. In order to ensure safe mining, we analyzed the characteristics of spontaneous combustion in goaf, and made project of fire prevention technology by colloid, which took "cooling and controlling oxygen" as the main idea and took "drilling between supports and plugging two ends" as the main measures. It solved spontaneous combustion hidden trouble of face.
