突出煤层穿层钻孔钻扩一体化增透技术

    Permeability Increasing Technology of Drilling and Expanding Integration for Outburst Seam Through Beds Hole

    • 摘要: 随着瓦斯治理力度逐步加大,区域瓦斯治理工作成效显著,但煤层透气性低、瓦斯抽采效果差的问题依然很突出,针对该问题,在现场搜集并整理大量资料,分析煤层瓦斯含量分布情况,对焦作矿区实际瓦斯地质情况深入研究基础上,形成了一整套钻扩一体化钻具,并成功开展了现场工业性试验。应用效果显著,卸压范围增加了20倍左右,煤体卸压体积增加了近100倍左右,单孔瓦斯抽采量是未冲孔钻孔的2~3倍,抽采达标时间缩短1/3以上;水力冲孔影响范围为沿倾向上部达到6~7 m、下部2~3 m、走向达到6~7 m。

       

      Abstract: With the gradual increased intensity of gas control, the effect of regional gas control is remarkable, but the problem of low permeability and poor gas drainage is still outstanding. Aiming at this problem, a large amount of data were collected and analyzed in the field, and the distribution of gas content in coal seam was analyzed. On the basis of deep research on the actual gas geological conditions in Jiaozuo Mining Area, a series of drilling and expanding drilling tools are formed. The application effect is remarkable, the pressure relief range is about twenty times, the volume of the coal body is increased by nearly one hundred times, the gas drainage quantity is 2 to 3 times of the hole drilling, and the time of gas drainage is shortened by 1/3. The influence range of hydraulic punching is 6 m to 7 m along the upper tendency, 2 m to 3 m along the lower tendency, 6 m to 7 m along the strike length.
