高瓦斯倾斜煤层综放工作面抽采瓦斯技术

    Gas Extraction Technique of Fully Mechanized Caving Face in High Gas Inclined Seam

    • 摘要: 为解决工作面回采期间上隅角瓦斯超限问题,针对硫磺沟煤矿(4-5)04工作面实际情况,采用物理相似模拟方法,对工作面采动覆岩“三带”分布特征及规律开展研究,结合工作面实际情况设计高位钻孔抽采上隅角瓦斯,并对抽采瓦斯效果开展实时观测与分析。研究结果表明:(4-5)04工作面上隅角处的垮落角为71°左右且顶板裂隙较为发育;该工作面垮落带高度为25~26.8 m,断裂带高度为109.2~110 m,初次来压步距为36 m,周期来压步距平均为16.6 m,切眼附近裂隙区宽度约为40 m,回风巷及进风巷附近约30 m,工作面附近约20~40 m;高位钻孔抽采浓度为19.85%~23%,抽采过程中上隅角及工作面的瓦斯浓度分别为0.15%~0.48%及0.08%~0.45%,避免了回采期间上隅角瓦斯超限,保证工作面安全高效回采。

       

      Abstract: To solve the problem of the gas consistence exceeding limit at the upper corner of working face, the distribution laws and charicteristics of overburden strata "three zones" during mining are studied by physical simulation experiment aiming at the situation of (4-5)04 working face in Liuhuanggou Coal Mine. High level borehole is designed by the experiment result for drainage gas at upper corner of working face and its drainage effect is observed and analyzed in real time. The results show that caving degree is about 71°and there are a lot of fractures in overburden strata. The height of caving zone and fractured zone are 25 m to 26.8 m and 109.2 m to 110 m. Its first weighting interval and average periodic weighting distance is 36 m and 16.6 m. The width of cracked zone is 40 m near cut hole. It is about 30 m near return airway and airflow airway. It is from 20 m to 40 m near working face during mining. The drainage concentration of high level borehole is 19.85% to 23%. The values of gas concentration of upper corner and working face are 0.15% to 0.48% and 0.08% to 0.45%. The (4-5)04 working face is mined safely and effectively.
