切顶卸压沿空留巷切缝设计与研究

    Cutting Seam Design and Study of Gob-side Entry Retaining by Roof Cutting and Pressure Relief

    • 摘要: 针对哈拉沟煤矿12201工作面切顶卸压沿空留巷工程所设计的预裂切缝,保证切断其顶板应力传递,并且顺利切落成巷,通过理论计算结合工程实际设计出合理的切缝高度范围和角度范围,并利用数值模拟进行验证从而确定出最合理的切缝高度和切缝角度,通过现场试验得出最为合理的钻孔间距,从而确定出针对哈拉沟煤矿12201工作面切顶卸压沿空留巷最优的切缝设计方案。

       

      Abstract: For the pre-splitting cutting seam design of gob-side entry retaining by roof cutting and pressure relief at Halagou Coal Mine 12201 working face, to ensure to cut off roof stress transfer, as well as smoothly cutting down the roof to be a roadway, this paper, through the theoretical calculation combining with engineering practice, designed cutting seam height of roof and cutting seam angle, and used numerical simulation test to confirm the most reasonable cutting height and cutting angle. Through the field test, we obtained the most reasonable borehole spacing and thus confirmed the most reasonable cutting seam design for roof cutting and pressure relief gob-side entry retaining of Halagou Coal Mine.
