Abstract:
To reach the distribution of speed and particle size in spray field under wind disturbance, the high-pressure nozzle atomizing experimental platform was built based on phase Doppler laser interferometer. According to practical situation of spray dust suppression in the coal mine, combined with the existing experimental conditions either, we design the location and wind speed of test points and choose nozzle of 2.0 mm size with X-diversion core mixing nozzle as the main nozzle to carry out experiment. We draw a conclusion that the trend of velocity of mist goes up and the trend of particle size of mist goes down but the distribution of particle size gets more uniform under the condition of wind. By the way, the water injection pressure of 4 MPa can fit the demands of mine dust removing in microscopic features and macro characteristics by comparing experimental data.
