顺风流扰动下喷雾场粒度-速度分布规律实验

    Experiment on Distribution of Particle Size and Velocity in Spray Field Under Disturbance of Airflow

    • 摘要: 为研究在顺风流扰动下的喷雾场粒度-速度分布规律,建立了基于相位多普勒激光干涉仪的喷嘴高压雾化实验平台。根据井下喷雾除尘的实际情况,同时结合现有的实验条件,设计了实验测点以及实验风速,并选取了以孔径为2.0 mm含X型导流芯混合喷嘴为主要喷嘴进行实验。得到了在顺风条件下,整个雾场的雾滴速度整体增加,而雾滴粒径整体减小但分布更加均匀。通过数据的比较,得知在4 MPa喷雾压力下,雾场的宏观、微观特性已经足以满足井下降尘的需求。

       

      Abstract: To reach the distribution of speed and particle size in spray field under wind disturbance, the high-pressure nozzle atomizing experimental platform was built based on phase Doppler laser interferometer. According to practical situation of spray dust suppression in the coal mine, combined with the existing experimental conditions either, we design the location and wind speed of test points and choose nozzle of 2.0 mm size with X-diversion core mixing nozzle as the main nozzle to carry out experiment. We draw a conclusion that the trend of velocity of mist goes up and the trend of particle size of mist goes down but the distribution of particle size gets more uniform under the condition of wind. By the way, the water injection pressure of 4 MPa can fit the demands of mine dust removing in microscopic features and macro characteristics by comparing experimental data.
