Abstract:
For mining the effect of safety education and training of miners safety behavior, based on the perspective of CIPP including the training background, training input, training process and training results as external latent variables, and the observation of the safety behavior and the participation of the safety behaviors of miners as inner latent variables, we used statistical analysis to analyze 260 miners survey data, and build influence model and mined its mechanism of safety education training action on miners safety behavior based on CIPP perspective. According to the calculation results of models and paths, we propose management suggestions for the coal mine enterprise safety training, safety decision-making and the safety management.
