浅埋深特厚煤层综放工作面开采压架事故分析及防治

    Accidents Analysis and Prevention Technology for Crushing Supports at Fully Mechanized Caving Face in Shallow Buried Depth and Supper Thick Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 针对山西五家沟煤矿5210综放工作面推进过程中压架事故频发的问题,通过对工作面冒(漏)顶、片帮状况统计、支架载荷在线监测,结合顶底板地质条件及地表形态,分析了工作面端面及煤壁稳定性、支架初撑力、支撑效率、覆岩复合破断、地表形态等因素,并依据是否可以人为调节处理,将其分为可控及不可控2类影响因素,并以优化可控因素、弱化不可控因素为原则提出了有效的压架防治措施。

       

      Abstract: For the problem of frequent accidents of crushing supports at 5210 fully mechanized caving face in advancing process of Shanxi province Wujiagou colliery. Based on working face roof falling and spalling statistics, online support load monitoring, combined with the geological conditions and surface morphology of roof and floor, we analyze the stability of the head face and coal wall, the setting load, support efficiency, overlying rock compound breakage, surface morphology and other factors. Besides, according to whether it can be adjusted artificially, dividing it into controllable and uncontrollable factors, and we proposed prevention measures for crushing supports effectively based on the principle of optimizing the controllable factors and weakening the uncontrollable factors.
