下沟煤矿高瓦斯特厚煤层综放工作面瓦斯涌出分布规律

    Distribution of Gas Emission at Fully Mechanized Top Coal Caving Face in High Gas and Super Thick Coal Seam in Xiagou Mine

    • 摘要: 为了掌握高瓦斯特厚煤层综采放顶煤工作面瓦斯涌出分布规律,针对下沟矿ZF301综放工作面煤层厚度大、瓦斯含量高、地质条件复杂、地质灾害较重等特征,采用工作面划分单元原理,分析了综放面瓦斯来源的构成、瓦斯空间分布状况及不均衡性,得出了ZF301工作面瓦斯源主要是回采落(放)煤瓦斯解吸和采空区瓦斯涌出,瓦斯涌出分布不均衡系数为2.34,工作面瓦斯分布沿倾向方向在110#测站(即110#支架)达到浓度最大值,沿垂直工作面煤壁方向在1#~95#测站架前瓦斯浓度大于架后瓦斯浓度,95#测站之后与之相反;工作面瓦斯绝对涌出量与日产量基本呈正相关性,瓦斯相对涌出量与产量之间的关系与之相反,呈负相关性。

       

      Abstract: In order to grasp gas emission distribution laws of fully mechanized top coal caving face in high gas and super thick seam, for the features of thick coal seam, high gas content, complex geological conditions, heavy geological disaster in Xiagou Mine ZF301 working face, using the work surface meshing principle, we analyze composition of working face gas sources, gas space distribution and mal-conformation, and obtain that the gas source of working face is mainly gas desorption of coal mining and goaf, gas emission, and distribution imbalance coefficient is 2.34; gas concentration distribution in 110# station (110# stent) along the tendency direction of working face reached maximum; the gas concentration before stents is greater than that after stents from 1# to 95# station in the vertical direction of working face coal wall and in contrast after 95# station; absolute gas emission quantity of working face and daily output was basically a positive correlation, and the relationship between the relative gas emission quantity and yield is the negative correlation.
