Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of difficult supporting of dynamic load fully mechanized mining roadway at 4324 working face in Daizhuang Coal Mine, the earlier supporting system and its problems were analyzed based on the large dynamic load of roadway and the serious damage of coal pillar. Then the new supporting system which including new full twist equal strength steel bolt, new U-shaped steel strip and cold-drawn steel wire reinforcement spot welding was proposed and the supporting design and supporting material parameters were determined. The feasibility of new supporting technology was proved based on the analysis of numerical simulation and supporting effect in field. The results show that new supporting technology could effectively control the collapse and large deformation of dynamic load in fully mechanized mining roadway of 4324 working face. The supporting effect of wall rock and the stability and safety of dynamic load roadway is ensured.
