松软突出不稳定煤层快速钻进技术
Fast Drilling Technology for Unstable Soft and Outburst Coal Seam

摘要: 通过分析松软煤层瓦斯预抽钻孔施工常用的几种钻进技术原理及优缺点,针对义煤集团某矿煤层赋存不稳定,本煤层瓦斯抽放孔钻进难度大,钻孔深度浅、卡钻严重、喷孔等实际问题,选择不同型号钻机、不同钻具及工艺进行现场试验,初步形成了一套适用于该矿松软突出不稳定煤层快速成孔技术与装备,对其他矿区同类煤层钻进具有借鉴意义。Abstract: Through the analysis of principle, advantages and disadvantages of the frequently-used technologies for gas pre-drainage boreholes in soft coal seams, aiming at the problems such as instability of coal seams, big difficulty in gas drainage boreholes in coal seams, shallow drilling depth, sticking of tool and severe gas spray in orifice in a mine of Yima Coal Group, different types of drill rigs, different drilling tools and different technologies were used to conduct field tests. The fast drilling technology and equipment that are suitable for drilling in unstable and outburst soft coal seams are formed in the mine preliminarily, which not only solves the actual problems in the mine, but also has reference significance for drilling in similar coal seams in other areas.
