采空区低温蓄水降温技术

    Cooling Technology of Water Storage at Low Temperature in Gob Area

    • 摘要: 针对济宁二号煤矿热害较为严重的问题,提出利用十一采采空区低温冷水,结合空冷器对矿井进行降温的方法,以此实现冷却水的井下循环,同时避免了矿井供水、排水的紧张局面。运行局部降温系统之后,测试和对比分析了降温前后工作面风流热力参数。结果表明,降温后工作面平均干球温度降低了2.2 ℃,平均湿球温度降低了2.6 ℃,取得了较好的应用效果。

       

      Abstract: According to the high temperature problems of Jining No.2 Mine, we present the method that takes advantage of the low temperature water storage in the eleventh mining area and combines the air cooler to reduce the temperature of the coal mine and achieve cool water cycle and avoid the water supply and drainage problem. After operating the cooling system in Jining No.2 Coal Mine, we carry out test and contrastive analysis on the thermodynamic parameters of airflow at working face before and after cooling. The results showed that the average temperature of dry bulb of working face decreased 2.2 ℃ and the average temperate of wet bulb of working face decreased 2.6 ℃, which achieved good application effect.
