软岩保护层工作面综采关键技术与实践

    Fully-mechanized Mining Key Technology and Practice of Working Face in Soft Rock Protected Layer

    • 摘要: 为解决芦岭矿Ⅲ水平8、9煤层高瓦斯与瓦斯突出问题,鉴于10煤层不具备卸压开采的条件,在厚度5.1 m的软岩层位内设计保护层综采工作面进行区域瓦斯治理。III11软岩工作面设计开采走向长度860 m,倾向长度104 m,工作面采高2.0 m。以地质保障技术为支撑,进行了多层次的开采参数优化设计与系统改造,制定了采场、巷道围岩治理总体规划,实施了软岩综采液压支架选型与设备配套技术方案,在多灾害防控技术和合理劳动组织的保障下投入工程实践。

       

      Abstract: In view of the situation that No.10 seam do not have condition of pressure relief mining, the protective fully-mechanized coal mining face setting in 5.1 meters thick soft rock was designed to control regional gas in order to solve the problem of high gas and outburst in No.8 seam and No.9 seam in the third level of Luling Coal Mine. Taking geological guarantee technologies as the support, multiple-level optimization design of mining parameters and system modification was carried out, overall planning of surrounding rock control of mining face and roadway was drawn up and the plan of hydraulic support selection and equipment matching was implemented, III11 soft rock mining face with mining height of 2.0 m and strike length and tendency length is 860 m and 104 m was put into practical engineering with multi-disaster prevention and control technology and reasonable labor organization as the safeguard.
