Abstract:
Pipe jacking small section roadway of coal mine is considered to be an effective mean to solve the problem of small section construction of coal mine. The performance of reinforced concrete pipes and steel pipes that are commonly used in coal mine pipe-jacking construction is studied contrastively. Based on the study of maximum allowable jacking force and other mechanical properties, the axial and radial maximum allowable jacking force is calculated, and the flange strength of steel pipe is analyzed by finite element analysis method. The jacking force of pipe jacking construction in coal mine and pipe stress is analyzed, and their respective application scopes in the pipe-jacking field are discussed.
