Abstract:
Soft rock roadway has the properties of low strength and poor cementation, which is easy to cause the disasters such as increase rock deformation and decline supporting capacity under the influence of blasting unloading effect. Based on the engineering practice of rectangular soft rock roadway of 112051 working face in new Shanghai No.1 Coal Mine, dynamic response characteristics such as vibration damage, stress distribution, deformation laws, and energy response were researched by the method of dynamic finite difference. The results show that the destruction of the soft rock tunnel has tension-shear failure in sides and shear failure in top-and-bottom. The effect of dynamical load in the blasting face is most significant, and the length of affected roadway is 24 m to 28 m. The vibration velocity of longitudinal wave is much stronger than the other waves, and the frequency is concentrated between 70 Hz to 90 Hz, which can be chosen as a safety control indicator of excavation blasting for its value.
