Abstract:
In order to satisfy dynamic sealing techniques and guarantee sealing effect of gas drainage. We develop a new type of gas drainage drilling sealing material and comparatively analyze viscosity, expansibility and water retention between the new sealing material and traditional cement sealing material by experiment. The conclusion of experiment is that viscosity increases with material-water ratio; the new sealing material can maintain better liquidity for a long time at the same time and the performance is superior to traditional cement sealing material. The new sealing material is more suitable for dynamic sealing technology, which can effectively block micro-cracks around the borehole and improve the sealing performance of borehole sealing.
