复杂环境下矿工安全行为能力动态预警研究

    Study on Dynamic Prediction of Miners' Safety Behavior Ability Under Complex Environment

    • 摘要: 为有效降低煤矿事故发生率,研究和探讨复杂环境下煤矿员工不安全行为影响因素及动态预警机制迫在眉睫。通过对部分煤矿事故进行统计分析,结合文献研究和实地调研等获取了煤矿员工不安全行为影响因素,采用主成分分析法及因子分析法提取适当子因素,运用结构方程模型明晰了员工个人、作业环境、企业组织管理各因素之间的相互关联及路径系数。结果表明:复杂的环境因素对煤矿员工安全行为能力影响最大,主要包括瓦斯浓度,矿井温度、湿度,噪声分贝,水质指标,粉尘浓度等。据此,应用AT89C51主控制器对温湿度传感器、噪声检测仪器等输出的相应信号进行分类处理和逻辑判断,并控制LCD和蜂鸣器进行动态显示及报警,具有很强的实际应用价值。

       

      Abstract: In order to effectively reduce the incidence of coal mine accidents, to study and explore the unsafe behavior factors of coal miners under complex environment and its dynamic early warning mechanism is very urgent. Through the statistical analysis of some coal mine accidents, combined with the literature research and field investigation, we obtained the factors that influence coal miners’ safety behavior. By using principal component analysis and factor analysis extracted appropriate sub-factors, structural equation model is used to analyze the correlation and path coefficient of individual employees, working environment and enterprise organization management. The results show that the influence of complex environmental factors on the coal miners’safety behavior ability is the biggest. The environmental factors include gas concentration, temperature and humidity, noise, water quality, dust concentration etc. Accordingly, we use the AT89C51 main controller for the classification and logical judgment on the output signal corresponding to the temperature and humidity sensor, noise detection instrument, and to control the LCD and alarm buzzer, its dynamic display and alarm, which has a strong practical value.
