Abstract: For the current situation and development trend of safety supervision of coal mine enterprises in our country, in order to make up for the inadequacies of the existing safety supervision mode and relevant research, synergistic and complementary safety supervision mode is studied. Through the analysis of current situation of the safety supervision in coal mine enterprises, combined with the development tread of coal industry, the current situation and development trend of safety supervision are got. The synergistic and complementary management theory is introduced, and it is applied in the establishment of advanced safety supervision mode in coal mine enterprises; then the synergistic and complementary safety supervision mode is proposed. The practical application superiority and significance of this mode are analyzed, and the analysis results show that this new safety supervision mode can make up for the inadequacies of the existing mode and meet the needs of its development, and it also has great practical significance.
