“刀把”型工作面矿压显现规律及支架适应性

    Mine Pressure Behavior Laws and Support Suitability of"Knife" Style Working Face

    • 摘要: 为研究浅埋煤层“刀把”型工作面矿压显现规律及支架适应性情况,采用KJ27液压支架压力在线监测系统和FLAC3D数值模拟对转龙湾煤矿23103首采工作面进行实测、分析。结果表明:23103短工作面初次来压步距为49 m,周期来压步距约为10.6 m,支架动载系数约为1.30;长工作面的初次来压步距约为35.9 m,周期来压步距约为9.54 m,支架动载系数约为1.328;来压期间,工作面中部支架工作阻力较大,机头、机尾处支架工作阻力较小,工作面支架工作阻力大部分位于7 200~10 500 kN之间,支架的额定工作阻力为11 000 kN,因此现有支架可以满足生产需求。

       

      Abstract: In order to study mine pressure behavior laws and support suitability situations of "knife" style mining face in shallow seam, we use KJ27 hydraulic pressure support online monitoring system and numerical simulation of FLAC3D to measure and analyze 23103 working face of Zhuanlongwan Coal Mine. The results showed that: the first weighting step distance of 23103 short face is 49 m, the distance of periodic weighting step is about 10.6 m, the factor of bracket dynamic load is about 1.30; first weighting step of long face is about 35.9 m, the distance of periodic weighting step is about 9.54 m, the factor of support dynamic load is about 1.328; during the pressurized period, the working resistance distribution features of the supports would have high resistance at the middle part of the coal mining face and low resistance at the two ends of working face; the support pressure would be concentrated at 7 200 kN to 10 500 kN and the rated pressure is 11 000 kN, so the present supports can meet the production requirements.
