Abstract:
According to the in-situ three-dimensional stress, gas content and pressure value of some coal mines in Pingdingshan Mining Area, elastic energy and gas expansion energy were calculated. And combining with three main geological movements and structure distribution in Pingdingshan Mining Area, controlling factors of outburst energy were analyzed. The results show that elastic energy and gas expansion energy increase with the burial depth and are controlled by tectonic stress; elastic energy and gas expansion energy in self-weight stress field are much lower than that in tectonic stress field; tectonic control effect is gradually weakened with the burial depth and changing to self-weight stress field in regional tectonic stress field; gas expansion energy contained in unit volume of coal is approximately equal to elastic energy in self-weight stress field and is much higher than elastic energy in tectonic stress field; geological structures control the distribution of outburst energy and is the main controlling factor of outburst; zone between Guodishan fault and Jiulishan fault has the lowest risk of outburst, and zone between Guodishan fault and Likou syncline has a higher risk and zone in southeast of Likou syncline has the highest outburst risk. The analysis of outburst accidents in Pingdingshan Mining Area proves that the outburst risk division is right.
