基于CAN总线的煤流控制装置系统

    Design of Coal Flow Control System Based on CAN Bus

    • 摘要: 基于CAN总线的煤流控制装置系统设计是针对实际生产中,普遍存在带式输送机空转的情况,尤其是长时间的空转,造成极大的电能浪费问题。通过加装节能控制系统和新型传感器,采用节能控制算法,最大程度地减少带式输送机群空转,实现节能效果。通过现场的配置,真正达到有物料运送时开带式输送机,无物料运送时停带式输送机,杜绝带式输送机群的无为空转。采用了有煤无煤传感器检测带式输送机上的煤流,提出了一种节能算法,设计开发了煤流控制,与胶带保护控制装置配套使用,防止带式输送机无运料需要时的空转,能有效的节约了电能,降低了煤矿开采运输成本。

       

      Abstract: Coal flow control system based on CAN bus is designed according to common belt conveyor idling in actual production, especially long idling causes great waste of electricity. By adding energy saving control system and new type sensor, using energy-saving control algorithm, we minimize belt conveyer idling, and achieve energy saving effect. Through the configuration, it truly achieves opening belt conveyor as material transporting and closing belt conveyor without material transporting, and puts an end to inaction idling of belt conveyor. We adopt sensor to detect coal flow on belt conveyor, propose energy-saving algorithm, design and develop coal flow control matching with belt protection control device to prevent the idling of belt conveyor without material, which can effectively save electricity and reduce the transportation cost.
