Abstract:
Screen pipe booster is a device used for conveying screen pipe into gas drainage borehole in underground coal mine. According to the special condition in underground coal mine, the mechanical and hydraulic systems are designed. This paper introduces development process of the booster, including the design of clamping scheme, the design of pulley, and the connection mode with drilling machine, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of hydraulic motor in series and in parallel, introduces the hydraulic motor selection process and requirements for hydraulic pump station.
