Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of large deformation of surrounding rock and serious failure of support structure of roadway with anchor net spray + 29U fully enclosed contractible stents support in Zhuxianzhuang Coal Mine, support plan of anchor net spray+29U fully enclosed high strength stents support is proposed. Characteristics of stress distribution, displacement and plastic zone of surrounding rock of roadway with two supports are analyzed and compared respectively by way of numerical simulation. The result shows that the stress concentration area of surrounding rock is closer to the roadway center; displacement and plastic zone is smaller than that of roadway with anchor net spray + 29U fully enclosed contractible stents support. The engineering application effect indicates the largest amount of convergence of two walls and roof to floor is 155 mm and 270 mm respectively, and the deformation is 0.2 mm/d in the later of mine pressure observation.
