Abstract:
To improve the underground working environment, reduce underground dust concentration, we developed TSN / B1N dust-free spraying machine and PQ-00 double water mixing guns and other equipment, and studied its dust effects. Firstly, AutoCAD, Gambit and Fluent software are used to simulate and compare the dust concentration distribution of JSK Mine roadway before and after dust fall, and engineering tests are verified. Dust concentration distribution is consistent with the measured data. The results show that the use of TSN / B1N dust-free spraying machine and PQ-00 double water mixing guns and other equipment can reduce dust concentration, improve the working environment of shotcreting operation.
