基于时间尺度的综掘工作面涡流粉尘场扩散规律数值模拟

Numerical Simulation of Diffusion Laws for Vortex Dust at fully mechanized Excavating Face Based on Time Scale

  • 摘要: 针对综掘工作面粉尘产量居高不下的问题,利用Fluent软件对采用长压短抽式局部通风的综掘工作面进行模拟,得出基于时间尺度的涡流粉尘场扩散规律。结果表明:风流涡流是影响粉尘运移的主要因素,造成粉尘积聚的现象,从而产生“高浓度产尘区域”;研究发现了粉尘扩散运移的主要通道,进而找到粉尘的有效防治区域;工作初期,司机处的粉尘浓度迅速增高;人行道是粉尘向巷道尾方向扩散运移的主要积聚区域,大部分粉尘不能及时的排出,给生产带来了极大的安全隐患。
    Abstract: Aimed at the problem of high dust production at fully mechanized excavating face, Fluent is adopted to make the numerical simulation at fully mechanized excavating face, which uses the long pressure short draw-off local ventilation to prevent the dust, and based on the time scale for vortex dust field diffusion laws. The results show that the wind vortex is the main factor influencing the dust transport, this factor leads to the accumulation of dust under the condition of the eddy current, and then produces "a high concentration of dust producing area"; the study found the main channels of dust diffusion migration, and then find an effective prevention and control of dust area; the early work, the driver of the dust concentration increased rapidly; the sidewalk is the main area of dust accumulation to the tail direction of roadway diffusion migration, and most of dust can not be expelled timely, which brings great safety risk production.
