Abstract:
Safety is a top priority for the production of coal mining enterprises. To further reduce coal mine accidents and improve safety management level, behavior-based safety management method is used in this paper to conduct applied research in coal mining enterprises. We select Wangzhuang Coal Mine as the test object, and do 12 weeks of BBS observation and record about shearer drivers, then analyze the recording results for safe behavior index contrast of the weekly average value and key behaviors value. After the behavioral intervention revocation, the
SI value is about 20% higher than the base period, in which four key behaviors as the safe use of protective equipment and others have a higher degree of improvement. This suggests that BBS method can effectively reduce the incidence of shearer drivers.
