能量源分析法在煤矿安全风险辨识中的应用

    • 摘要: 能量源分析方法是在能量意外释放理论基础上提出的一种系统的安全风险分析方法,给煤矿企业开展风险辨识提供了一个新的角度,提高了煤矿企业风险辨识的全面性。能量源分析首先将分析对象划分为不同的能量单元,对各能量单元中存在的不同能量源进行辨识,进一步分析各能量源意外释放可能导致的风险及导致能量源意外释放的因素。根据能量源分析在T煤矿的辨识结果,人的不安全行为、物的不安全状态及管理因素是导致事故发生的原因。通过辨识结果与煤矿现有控制措施的对比,找出企业安全管理薄弱环节,提出相应控制措施,提升了企业的安全管理水平。

       

      Abstract: Energy source analysis is a systematic safety risk analysis method based on unexpected energy release theory, and it gives coal mine enterprise a new angle to carry out risk identification and can improve the comprehensiveness of mine enterprise safety analysis. ESA firstly divided the analysis object into different energy units, identified the energy sources existed in each energy units, and then analyzed the risk of the unexpected energy release and the factors that cause the release of energy. According to the results of ESA in T coal mine, the reasons that cause the accidents are people’s unsafe behavior, unsafe status of matters and the management factors. Through the results compared with control measures of coal mine, we can find out the weakness of the enterprise safety management, so as to take measures to improve the safety management level of mine enterprise.
