久置矿山巷道安全稳定性评价与维护方法

    Safety and Stability Evaluation and Maintenance Method for Permanent Mine Roadway

    • 摘要: 针对现阶段超出设计使用寿命的巷道安全稳定性难以确定的问题,分析了久置矿山巷道可能出现的灾害及其形成机理,总结了各种巷道灾害的现场检测方法,并以柠条塔煤矿S1210工作面巷道为例,说明了采用层次分析法评价巷道稳定性的一般程序。在此基础上给出了巷道维护加固的方法,并采用数值模拟分析验证了治理方案的有效性。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to determine the safety and stability of roadway beyond design service life, we analyze the disasters and its formation mechanism of permanent mine tunnel, and summarize the methods of field test for all kinds of tunnel disasters. Taking Ningtiaota Coal Mine S1210 working face as an example, we introduce general procedure for evaluating the stability of roadway by analytic hierarchy process. On the basis of this, we propose the methods for tunnel maintenance and reinforcement, and use numerical simulation analysis to verify the effectiveness of control scheme.
