粉煤灰固化充填材料优化配比及其力学性能分析
Optimum Mixture Ratio of Solidification Filling Material with Fly Ash and Its Mechanical Performance Analysis

摘要: 为了研究矿井粉煤灰固化充填材料的最佳配比及其力学特性,采用正交法对粉煤灰、水、水玻璃等混合浆液展开了流动度、初终凝时间及固化体抗压强度测试,得到了粉煤灰固化充填材料的最佳配比。实验结果表明:粉煤灰充填材料变形和破坏分为4个阶段:压密阶段、屈服阶段、塑性变形阶段和破坏阶段;表现出线弹性变形阶段和塑性强化阶段的变形特征,基本不存在软化阶段。Abstract: In order to study the optimum mixture ratio and mechanical properties of fly ash solidification filling material, orthogonal method was used to test the fluidity, initial and final setting time and compressive strength of the mixture material including water, sodium silicate and slaked lime. We obtained the optimal ratio of fly ash solidification filling material. Experiments show that deformation and failure of fly ash filling material are divided into four stages: compaction stage, yield stage, plastic deformation and destruction stage, which presents a linear elastic deformation stage and deformation characteristics of reinforced plastic stage, basically without softening stage.
