高位钻孔终孔间距与钻孔个数对抽采量的影响分析

    Influence of High Level Final Pitch of Holes and Drilling Hole Amount on Pure Quantity of Gas Extraction

    • 摘要: 利用Fluent数值模拟软件对王庄矿8101工作面高位钻孔抽采时的不同终孔间距与钻孔个数时的抽采纯量、上隅角瓦斯浓度进行数值模拟,并对不同终孔间距与不同钻孔个数时的抽采纯量、上隅角瓦斯浓度进行分析。分析结果表明:随着终孔间距的增加,抽采纯量呈现先增加后减小的趋势,并确定2个钻孔时终孔间距为6 m时的抽采纯量最大,上隅角瓦斯浓度呈现先减小后增加的趋势;随着钻孔个数的增加,抽采纯量逐渐增加,但抽采纯量的增加量逐渐减小,上隅角瓦斯浓度逐渐减小,但上隅角瓦斯浓度的减少量逐渐减小。

       

      Abstract: Fluent software is used to simulate pure quantity of gas extraction and gas concentration of upper corner of different final pitch of high level holes and drilling hole amount at 8101 working face of Wangzhuang Mine. We analyze pure quantity of gas extraction and gas concentration of upper corner for different final pitch of high level holes and drilling hole amount. The results show that with the increase of final pitch of holes, the pure quantity of gas extraction shows the trend of first increasing and then decreasing; we make sure that the pure quantity of gas extraction is the biggest when the final pitch of two holes is 6 m; the gas concentration of upper corner shows the trend of first decreasing and then increasing; with the increase of the number of drilling, pure quantity of gas extraction increases gradually, but the increasing amount of pure quantity of gas extraction decreases, and the gas concentration decreases in upper corner, but the reducing amount of gas concentration in upper corner decreasing gradually.
