直角拐角与障碍物对巷道瓦斯突出冲击波传播的影响

    Effect of Right Corner and Barrier on Shock Wave Transmission of Methane Outburst in Tunnel

    • 摘要: 为了研究瓦斯突出冲击波穿过直角拐角和障碍物时的动力演化特征,利用计算机模拟了突出冲击波影响下巷道内压力、速度和瓦斯浓度分布。结果表明:拐角会对冲击波压力造成弹射,在波阵面处分别形成高压区和低压区,相应产生漩涡区和加速区。冲击波在障碍物附近湍流强度增加,在第2障碍物附近形成二次加速。随着障碍物距离和数量的增加,障碍物对前端冲击波强度影响越发减小,障碍物对冲击波的激励影响主要在后部。在巷道施工过程中应尽量避免巷道内的刚性突出物,并消除不必要的设备堆积。

       

      Abstract: To research the dynamic evolutionary features when coal and gas outburst shock wave passes through right around the corner and barrier, the internal pressure, velocity and methane distribution in tunnel influenced by shock wave are simulated by computer. The results show that the wall in corner can reflect shock wave pressure and divide the wave surface into high and low pressure region, hence, the vortex and accelerating regions are formed. In addition, the turbulence intensity is enhanced and the wave velocity in transient area increases, and the second acceleration is formed near the second barrier. The enhance effect of barrier on front wave is decrease with the increasing of barrier range and barrier quantity, moreover, the excitation effect mainly focuses on the back of barrier. So rigidity outburst in the tunnel should avoid as possible as it can and unnecessary equipment pile must be eliminated in the process of tunnel construction.
