工作面前方煤体卸压区范围及瓦斯抽采应用

    Coal Pressure Relief Zone and Gas Extraction Application Ahead of Working Face

    • 摘要: 根据卸压区水平方向的应力平衡方程,结合Mohr-Coulomb准则,推导了包含孔隙瓦斯压力的卸压区宽度计算公式。由某矿N2105工作面相关参数值,理论计算了采煤工作面前方卸压区宽度。采用钻孔应力传感器实测了采煤工作面前方卸压区宽度,实测值与理论计算值基本吻合。在卸压区内,瓦斯涌出量大大增加,表现为卸压增透效应。根据卸压区范围和钻孔失效距离,给出了不同偏角下的钻孔卸压瓦斯抽采量计算公式。结合N2105工作面现场条件,考虑钻孔成孔率及盲区因素,确定了合理钻孔偏角。

       

      Abstract: According to the stress equilibrium equation in pressure relief zone of horizontal direction, combined with Mohr-Coulomb criterion, we deduce computational formula of pressure relief zone width including pore gas pressure. Through relevant parameters of a mine N2105 working face, we carry out theoretical calculation for pressure relief zone width ahead of coal face. Borehole stress sensor is used to measure pressure relief zone width ahead of a mine working face, and the results are basically consistent with the theoretical formula. In pressure relief zone, gas emission quantity increases greatly, and the performance is pressure relief and permeability improvement effect. According to the different borehole failure distance and pressure relief zone width, we give the borehole gas extraction quantity formula for different angles. Combined with field condition of N2105 face, considering borehole forming rate and blind area factor, the reasonable borehole angle is determined.
