煤矿无刷直流电机无位置传感器启动技术

    Start-up Technology of Sensorless for Coal Mine Brushless DC Motor

    • 摘要: 针对煤矿无刷直流电机无位置传感器启动过程,提出基于变频升压启动技术。在分析煤矿无刷直流电机数学模型和无位置传感器启动理论的基础上,设计煤矿无刷直流电机无位置传感器启动控制系统硬件电路和启动过程软件程序。系统能够实现煤矿无刷直流电机可靠启动,具有硬件电路简单、稳定性好等优点。

       

      Abstract: For the starting procedure of sensorless of coal mine brushless DC motor, the start-up technology based on variable-frequency and increase-voltage method is proposed. On the basis of analyzing mathematical model of coal-mine brushless DC motor and start-up theory of sensorless, the hardware circuit and software program of start-up procedure for coal-mine brushless DC motor sensorless control system is designed. The system can achieve the reliable start-up of coal-mine brushless DC motor, and has the advantages such as simple structure and good stability.
