中厚煤层膏体巷旁充填沿空留巷技术

Gob-side Entry Retaining Technology for Paste Roadside Packing in Medium Thick Seam

  • 摘要: 为了解决贺西矿工作面接替紧张,煤炭采出率低的问题,拟在该矿3303工作面进行无煤柱膏体充填技术的研究。通过建立沿空巷道力学结构模型,对留巷顶板运移规律进行理论分析,推导得出中厚煤层条件下充填体支护阻力公式;运用FLAC数值模拟,以围岩垂直应力分布为衡量指标,优化了充填体的宽度与强度取值;合理选择膏体配选材料,之后通过实验研究膏体的强度特性与可泵性,确定了充填材料的最佳配比方案。现场应用表明:该充填方案技术可行,充填效果良好。
    Abstract: In order to solve the problem of supersedure tension of working face and low mining rate in Hexi Coal Mine, we propose technique of filling paste without coal pillar beside mine roadway at 3303 face. Through the establishment of mechanics structure model along goaf roadway, we carried out theoretical analysis for migration laws of the roof, and derived filling body support resistance formula in thick coal seam. Using FLAC numerical simulation, taking the vertical stress distribution of surrounding rock as measurement index, we optimized filling body width and intensity values. Reasonably selecting the paste material, we carried out experimental study of the strength properties and pumpability, and determined the best proportion of the filling material. Field application shows that the filling technology is feasible, and the filling effect is good.
