深部工程软岩巷道“双壳”支护理论与技术

    Theory and Key Technologies of "Double Shell" Support in Deep Soft-engineering Rock Roadway

    • 摘要: 在详细分析深部巷道围岩变形特征及主要影响因素的基础上,提出了深部巷道“双壳”支护理论,认为通过对巷道浅部进行支护形成浅部应力支护壳,对巷道深部进行加固形成深部应力加固壳,深浅壳体形成的支护体系能有效减小巷道围岩破坏范围,阻隔深部高地应力传播,保持巷道围岩稳定与巷道成形。根据巷道破坏范围不同,构建了由“单壳”支护、连续“双壳”支护和非连续“双壳”支护组成的巷道“双壳”围岩支护体系,并分析了巷道“双壳”围岩支护机理,研发了深部巷道“双壳”支护技术。以陶二煤矿深部巷道修复工程实践为例,验证了深部巷道“双壳”支护的合理性。

       

      Abstract: Based on the detailed analysis of deformation characteristics and the main influential factors, deep roadway surrounding rock double shell support theory is proposed. It is thought that through the support for the shallow roadway to form the external stress supporting shell and the reinforce of deep roadway to form internal stress reinforcing shell will form a supporting system which can effectively reduce the scope of the damage of surrounding rock of roadway, cut off the propagation of deep high ground stress, maintain the stability of roadway surrounding rock and the formation of roadway. The double shell roadway surrounding rock supporting system is built, which is constituted by single shell support, continuous double shell support and discontinuous double shell support according to different breakage scopes of roadway. In the meantime, the double shell supporting mechanism of roadway surrounding rock is analyzed, and the key technology of double shell supporting in the deep roadway is researched and developed. Taking the deep roadway repair engineering of Tao'er Coal Mine as an example, the rationality of the double shell supporting in deep roadway is verified.
