液态CO2相变致裂强制煤层顶板垮落技术

    Liquid CO2 Phase-transforming Fracture Technology in Forcing Coal Seam Roof Collapse

    • 摘要: 针对我国部分煤矿存在煤层顶板不垮落问题,在现场试验的基础上提出了一种液态CO2相变致裂强制煤层顶板垮落技术。在工作面内利用液态CO2相变产生的威力对上覆老顶进行扰动和破坏,使工作面推进后老顶能够顺利垮落,保证工作面生产的正常接替。在焦煤集团九里山矿用该技术处理老顶悬空问题的试验取得理想的效果。该技术优势在于其安全可靠、操作简单。对于强制垮落过程利用COMSOL数值模拟软件进行模拟分析,模拟得到的结果也充分验证了该技术的可靠性。

       

      Abstract: For the non-caving problem of coal seam in some mines of our country, we propose a technology using liquid CO2 phase-transforming fracture to forcing seam roof collapse. This technology uses the power of the liquid CO2 phase transformations in working face to destroy the overlying roof and make main roof would be able to caving after the working face advancing, and ensure the normal order of the working face production. This technology is used to deal with the problem that roof does not collapse in Jiulishan Mine, and achieves desired results. The technical advantages are safe, reliable and easy to operate. Lastly, by the help of numerical simulation software COMSOL, this paper simulates the process of breaking down and proves the reliability of the technology, the obtained simulation results also fully verify the reliability of the technology.
