含瓦斯煤渗透率对轴向循环荷载响应特征的试验研究

    Experimental Research on Response Characteristics of Permeability of Coal Containing Gas on Axial Cycle Loading

    • 摘要: 利用自行研制改造的含瓦斯煤热流固耦合三轴渗流实验装置,以典型豫西“三软”构造煤原煤样为研究对象,轴向等应力循环加卸载作用下含瓦斯构造煤渗透率的影响。结果表明:煤样渗透率在轴向应力加载过程中减小,卸载过程中增大,渗透率与轴向应力在加卸载过程中符合负指数函数分布;渗透率无因次量与有效应力关系表明,渗透率无因次量对有效应力较为敏感,有效应力变大,渗透率无因次量降低速率变大,有效应力减小,渗透率无因次量会有所恢复;循环加载过程中,渗透率对于首次加载敏感性较强,渗透率损失较大。卸载过程中,渗透率恢复不到初始值。同时,循环加卸载过程使煤样塑性变形进一步增加,也使得渗透率对于有效应力的敏感度降低。

       

      Abstract: To study the permeability characteristics of tectonic coal by using fluid-solid-heat coupling triaxial servo-controlled seepage system of coal containing gas that was developed in house, taking Henan western "three soft" tectonic coal as the research object, we study the permeability characteristics of tectonic coal under the axial cyclic loading-unloading; the test results show that: in the process of axial stress loading, the permeability decreases, and recovered in the process of unloading, permeability of coal samples and axial stress distribution accords with negative exponential function in the process of loading and unloading, and the fitting parameters is given. Relationship between dimensionless permeability and effective stress shows that permeability dimensionless quantity to effective stress is great sensitive, the bigger of effective stress, more fast of dimensionless permeability reduction rate, effective stress decreases, and permeability dimensionless quantity will be restored. Cyclic loading process, the permeability sensitivity for the first load is stronger, permeability loss is bigger. The unloading process, the permeability recovery is less than the initial value. At the same time, the cycle loading to further increase coal sample plastic deformation, also results in lower permeability for the sensitivity of the effective stress.
