    • 摘要: 2012年以来,煤炭市场需求继续呈疲软之势,煤炭销售量持续减少,煤炭销售价格不断下降,胜利露天煤矿面对低迷的煤炭市场,全面实施精益化管理,通过制定实施方案、优化人员配置、提升岗位技能、加强成本管控、优化采矿方案、创新筑路方式、强化风险预控、加强设备管理等一系列措施,内挖潜力,降本增效,取得了显著的效果,保证了煤矿生产经营平稳运行。
