煤矿职工需求满意度影响因素重要性分析

    Importance Analysis for Factors Affecting Degree of Satisfaction of Coal Mine Staff

    • 摘要: 为了更好地分析煤矿职工需求,激发职工的工作热情和积极性,建立了满意度评价指标体系。通过语言尺度区间覆盖受访者头脑思维内容,以煤矿常住职工关于满意度的问卷调查结果为依据,利用量化方法获得有关需求满意度指标权重的代表性群体观点,从中分析目前影响满意度水平的重要因素。未来煤矿企业可根据结论制定相关措施,从安全心理学的角度提高职工的生产效率和质量。

       

      Abstract: In order to understand the degree of satisfaction of coal mine staff preferably, and improve their work enthusiasm, a factor system reflecting the satisfaction quality was established, and then semantic scale transformation is used to cover the fuzzy content in interviewee's thinking activity. Starting from the subjective assessment of inhabitant staff in question investigation, this method obtained viewpoint of group of each factor within the satisfaction quality factor system by using of subjective assessment quantitative approach. Consequently, the important factors affecting degree of satisfaction was found. Enterprise will develop related measurement to improve efficiency and quality of staff from safety psychology aspect.
