Abstract:
In order to understand the degree of satisfaction of coal mine staff preferably, and improve their work enthusiasm, a factor system reflecting the satisfaction quality was established, and then semantic scale transformation is used to cover the fuzzy content in interviewee's thinking activity. Starting from the subjective assessment of inhabitant staff in question investigation, this method obtained viewpoint of group of each factor within the satisfaction quality factor system by using of subjective assessment quantitative approach. Consequently, the important factors affecting degree of satisfaction was found. Enterprise will develop related measurement to improve efficiency and quality of staff from safety psychology aspect.
