煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔漏气机理及应用研究进展

    Leakage Mechanism of Coal Seam Gas Drainage Borehole and Its Application Research Progress

    • 摘要: 针对对目前普遍采用的巷道松动圈、钻孔松动圈和巷道与钻孔联合开挖所形成生的孔外裂隙漏气机理及相应的应用情况进行了剖析,指出了巷道中空气在抽采负压作用下由巷道松动圈流经钻孔松动圈而进入孔内,且在不同抽采阶段表现出不同的钻孔漏气过程,并进一步分析了各漏气机理在封孔深度确定、“两堵一注”带压封孔系列方法和二次封孔方法上的应用情况,最后指出了目前煤层钻孔高效封孔亟待解决的关键问题。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, we analyzed the widely adopted leakage mechanism and their corresponding applications of loose circle around roadways and boreholes and the fractures produced by the driving of roadway and borehole. We proposed that the air in the roadway successively flows into the borehole through the loose circle around the roadway. It shows different air leakage process at different stages of borehole extraction. We also analyzed the applications of these air leakage mechanisms in the depth of borehole sealing; that are "two sealing and one grouting" pressurized borehole sealing method and second hole sealing method. Finally the key problems need to be solved for borehole sealing efficiently were pointed out.
