Abstract:
In order to solve the reinforcement problem of roadway above isolated coal pillar before mining, spatial relationship between isolated coal pillar and upper roadway is analyzed. We carry out theoretical estimate on the caving zone and fractured zone height through the empirical formula, and obtain the mining height avoiding the upper roadway entering fractured zone through empirical formula, and it is verified by similar physical simulative. The calculation formula about subsidence boundary of the strata including upper roadway is deduced and the reinforcement range of roadway above isolated coal pillar before mining is obtained. The supporting scheme about reinforcement of roadway above isolated coal pillar before mining is given by analyzing maintenance characteristics of upper roadway. Finally, it is verified by field application.
