孤岛煤柱工作面上方巷道采前加固方案确定

    Determination of Reinforcement Scheme on Roadway Above Isolated Coal Pillar

    • 摘要: 针对孤岛煤柱工作面上方巷道采前加固的问题,分析了孤岛煤柱工作面与上方巷道的空间层位关系,首先通过经验公式对垮落带和断裂带高度进行理论估算,得出了避免上方巷道进入断裂带时的工作面采高,并用相似物理模拟进行了验证。接着推导出巷道所在层位岩层倾向下沉边界和走向下沉边界的计算公式,分析得到了上方巷道的采前加固范围。然后通过分析上方巷道的维护特点,给出了巷道采前加固的支护方案。最后结合现场应用进行了验证。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the reinforcement problem of roadway above isolated coal pillar before mining, spatial relationship between isolated coal pillar and upper roadway is analyzed. We carry out theoretical estimate on the caving zone and fractured zone height through the empirical formula, and obtain the mining height avoiding the upper roadway entering fractured zone through empirical formula, and it is verified by similar physical simulative. The calculation formula about subsidence boundary of the strata including upper roadway is deduced and the reinforcement range of roadway above isolated coal pillar before mining is obtained. The supporting scheme about reinforcement of roadway above isolated coal pillar before mining is given by analyzing maintenance characteristics of upper roadway. Finally, it is verified by field application.
