破碎煤层定向钻进工艺在万峰煤矿的应用

    Application of Directional Drilling Process of Broken Coal Seam in Wanfeng Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 定向钻进技术及装备作为国内近几年来煤矿井下钻孔施工领域最先进的技术,在煤矿井下瓦斯治理方面发挥着越来越重要的作用,但通过调研发现,由于该技术装备的结构特点决定了其在稳定地层中钻孔效果较好,而在破碎地层中钻孔效果较差。开发了破碎煤层定向钻进工艺,并在金晖万峰煤矿进行了应用。从试验结果来看,对于万峰煤矿这种地质构造复杂的破碎地层,虽然施工难度大且突发状况较多,但应用破碎煤层定向钻进工艺也可施工定向长钻孔。

       

      Abstract: Directional drilling technique and equipment, as a kind of the most advanced technique in the field of underground drilling in coal mine in recent years, has played a more and more important role in gas control of coal mine. But after researching, we know that the structural characteristics of this technique and equipment determine that it is more effective in stable formation, and less effective in complex formation. We developed broken seam directional drilling technology, and applied in Jinhui Wanfeng Coal Mine. According to the test results, for Wanfeng Coal Mine with complex geological structure formation, although drilling is difficult and there are more unexpected situations, we can also adopt directional long drilling if proper construction technology is chosen.
