大平煤矿井下水煤分离系统及优化

    Design and Optimization of Water and Coal Mixture Separating System for Daping Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 煤矿井下底板抽放巷瓦斯抽采钻孔水力冲孔时产生大量水煤混合物,通常采用在底板抽放巷挖设沉底池对水煤进行收集、沉淀、人工清挖、矿车运输,由此容易造成大量水煤泥积滞钻场而不能直接分离和快速外排,存在恶化现场作业环境、增大职工劳动强度、严重影响打钻效率等问题。通过对水煤输送管路、振动筛、压滤机、潜污泵、带式输送机等进行优化设计组合,水煤在各钻场分散收集、主沉淀池集中收集、振动筛粗分后经压滤机集中压滤、分离,分离后煤直接上带式输送机外运,实现水煤泥收集、分离、外运全程机械化。

       

      Abstract: There are a large number of coal water mixtures in hydraulic flushing process in gas drainage hole of floor rock tunnel. Coal water mixtures are collected and deposited in sedimentation tank excavated in floor rock tunnel, and dredged by manual work, transported with mine car. But the coal water mixtures are usually accumulated in drill site, which deteriorates working environment, increases labor intensity, and restricts drilling efficiency. For this issue, a water and coal separating system is designed and optimized, which includes pipe, vibrating screen, filter press, submersible sewage pump and belt conveyor. Water coal mixtures are collected respectively in the drill site, gathered in the main sedimentation tank, sieved by vibrating screen, pressured and filtered by filter press, and the separated briquette is conveyed by belt conveyor.
