矿用气相色谱仪气路系统的优化

    Optimization of Gas Circuit System of Mine Gas Chromatograph

    • 摘要: AQ/T 1019—2006煤层自然发火标志气体色谱分析及指标优选方法以及AQ/T 1084—2011 煤矿灾变环境混合气体测试方法与爆炸危险性判定规则中规定了矿用气相色谱仪分析的组分10种和11种,而目前大多数气相色谱仪的分析组分为8种。在对气相色谱仪气路系统存在的问题进行了分析后,以气路系统优化为研究对象,并对气路进行了优化设计。优化后的气相色谱仪不仅增加了分析组分的数量,而且提高了色谱仪的分析精度、分析速度,并解决了在分析过程中由于阀切换造成的气流波动而引起分析误差的问题。

       

      Abstract: AQ/T 1019-2006 Methods of Gas Chromatography Analysis and Index Optimization for Mark Gases of Spontaneous Combustion of Coal Stratum and AQ/T 1084-2011 Testing Method and Judgment Standard of Explosion Hazard for Mixed Gases in Coal Mine Disaster Circumstance rules 10 and 11 kinds of components in mine gas chromatograph analysis, and at present, most of gas chromatograph analysis group is divided into 8 kinds. The problems existing in the gas circuit system of chromatograph were analyzed, and through the optimization of the gas circuit system of the research object, the optimization is designed. The optimized gas chromatograph is not only increases the number of components analysis,but also improves the chromatograph analysis precision, speed, and solves analytical error problems caused by the turbulence due to valve switch in the process of analysis.
