深部开采高温控制理论与技术分析

    Control Theory and Technology Analysis of High Temperature in Deep Mining

    • 摘要: 高温问题作为深部开采过程中一种普遍现象,严重威胁了煤矿安全。通过分析矿井高温热源,其主要包括围岩散热、空气自压缩热、机械设备放热等,详细阐述了高温对人体、机械设备、围岩体带来的危害。在回顾国内外矿井降温技术发展现状基础上,系统地论述了几种有针对性的防治措施,即采取常规的非空调制冷降温和人工制冷空调降温方法等多项保护措施,营造井下适宜的作业环境,保障煤矿安全高效生产。

       

      Abstract: As a common phenomenon in deep mining, the high temperature problem has seriously threatened the safety of coal mine. Through the analysis of the high temperature source in mine, it mainly includes thermal dissipation of surrounding rock, air self-compression heat, and heat transfer of mechanical equipment and so on; it describes heat harm on human body, mechanical equipment, surrounding rock in detail. On the basis of reviewing the development status of mine falling temperature technology at home and abroad, it systematically analyzes several targeted prevention and control measures, namely taking conventional non-air condition cooling and artificial cooling methods to construct appropriate operating environment to ensure production in mines safely and efficiently.
