刮板输送机功率协调与载荷均衡控制研究

    Study on Power Coordination and Load Balance Control of Scraper Conveyor

    • 摘要: 刮板输送机是综采工作面的运输设备,其载荷随着落煤量以及采煤机运行方向的不同而不断变化并且无规律性。研究了刮板输送机的负载特性,在变频驱动的基础上使用双电机主从控制方式实现刮板输送机前后驱动电机输出功率的均衡;在此基础上引入模糊控制规则,以刮板链运行速度为控制对象,以刮板链载煤段单位长度载煤量恒定为控制目标,实现对刮板输送机载荷及速度的智能控制。该控制方法能够实现刮板输送机前后电机功率的平衡,实现刮板链单位载荷的均衡化,提高矿井出煤量,降低能源损耗。

       

      Abstract: Scraper conveyer is the transport equipment of fully-mechanized coal face, the load changes with shearer's direction and coal quantity without regularity. The load characteristics of scraper conveyor are studied on the basis of variable frequency drive that using double motor master-slave control mode to realize the balance of output power before and after drive motors from scraper conveyor. On the basis of introducing the fuzzy control laws, taking scraper chain speed as the control object and constant coal load per unit length of scraper chain coaling section as the control target, we realize the intelligent control of load and speed of scraper conveyor. This control method can achieve a balance of power between two motors, can achieve load balancing of scraper chain units, can improve mine coal output and reduce energy consumption.
